Order Processing

We’ll customize and ship your order within three business days of payment. Orders paid by Interac e-Transfer® will not start to process until payment has been confirmed at our end.

Because we offer so few of each pattern, we will have to cancel orders where E-Transfer payment is not confirmed within 24 hours of ordering. This is to prevent abuse of the delay inherent in using E-Transfers. Paypal orders are usually immediately confirmed and won’t be at risk of cancellation for this reason.

If your order is cancelled, items will be returned to the website and you are free to try again if it is still available! There are no waitlists and no backorders.

Shipping Information

We only process orders that will be shipped within Canada at this time.

Shipping is fulfilled by Canada Post and our shipping quotes and options are retrieved from their service at the time of purchase.

Orders over $100 before tax and shipping will be eligible for free shipping. 

All shipping services are tracked and a refund will be issued in case of a non-delivery confirmed by Canada Post.

We also realize that shipping is crazy not affordable in Canada, and it is usually practical to combine shipping on different orders. If you want us to hold your shipment for an extra 8 days after payment, select this option at checkout. This will allow you to browse the next week’s limited releases and not have to pay for shipping twice, if you should happen to want another design! We will refund the shipping cost of subsequent orders to the same address until your shipment is sent, for up to 8 days after the original order. If you change your mind and wish to have it sent within 3 business days as usual, reply to your order invoice e-mail, or e-mail with your order number and request.

Payment Options

We accept Paypal payments in our online shop.  If you don’t have a Paypal account, no problem! It’s also possible to checkout as a Guest while using Paypal, by following the easy directions at checkout.

We can also accept Interac e-Transfers® from our Canadian customers. You can send this type of payment by logging in separately on your online banking site or banking app.

When paying by Interac e-Transfer®, you will be assigned a secret answer, unique to you.  You must enter this exactly as presented or we cannot claim your payment and your order may be cancelled.  Your bank may charge a fee for this service, but it is typically free to send an Interac e-Transfer through most Canadian banks.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

We spend a lot of time making sure we accurately represent the products we offer through our photos and descriptions. However, actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor. If you need a perfect colour match, please contact us before you order.

Our products are not eligible for return unless they are defective. Face Masks are never eligible for return due to hygienic reasons.

If we sent you a product you believe to be defective, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a solution!

If we have not yet begun processing your order and you wish to cancel or modify your options, we can help. Contact us as soon as possible by replying to your order invoice e-mail, or e-mail with your order number and request.

Bespoke Items Policy

We are only performing bespoke work at the moment if it relates to the technical requirements of protective face masks.  Please inquire here via e-mail if you have special requirements.
